Simply join our program and place a link, as provided through our program, on your web site or web page or even attach it to your e-mail. Our third party affiliate manager will track each lead you send us. Each sale generated from your leads will earn you a credit. Accumulated credits are paid out on a monthly basis by the affiliate manager. Natural Methods takes care of the rest. 2. DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAM- FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE A WEBPAGE. This program is for both health professionals and the public. This distributor program is strictly reserved for those who do not have a web presence or for those who do not qualify for the affiliate program. Additional processing fees apply for using this distributor program. This program works by offering the distributor a generic web site they can use with clients. The site is offered in both a USD or CAD dollar format. Store currency is controlled by the domain used to access the site. The domain also controls the product groupings you prefer. We currently offer 5 different product groupings, including this one that you have accessed. To learn more about other groupings call our office at (519) 941-7008. The domains we provide to you for use with your clients will be based on the domain and index page you access to sign up to the program. These domain details will be e-mailed to you after you register. As an example of how this works let's use the access for the LadyComp, Pearly and BabyComp products. For those products the following domains would be used with your clients. www.fertilityawareness.us for USD pricing or www.fertilityawareness.ca for CAD pricing. Both sites require the buyer to identify their referring representative. Each distributor is responsible to inform and educate their own clients about the check out procedure, so the client knows exactly what to enter when prompted on the screen. To assist your clients with this step we strongly suggest either
   1) doing it for them in your office before they depart
   OR
   2) put together a Data Sheet that the client can take home and reference when prompted for their "representative" identifier.
   
   The Data Sheet should include:
   • Basic Instructions on how to order and the ordering process.
   • Domain Name web site address where they go to order
   • Representative Identifier. This includes your last name and distributor number.
     • The name should be the same name you registered with. If you are operating as a business, use the business name.
     • The distributor number will be generated and emailed to you separately as a confirmation and acceptance of your registration.

   The Representative Identifier will appear on the completed order. Commission credits will be issued according to the identifier on the order. Credits are sent out monthly via PayPal to your email address, with a minimum $110.00 payout balance required for processing. Distributors must have a Paypal account to receive payment. A service fee of $10 will be deducted from the balance owing for each payment issued. This amount is required to cover administration costs related to time spent gathering data, calculating commissions and processing payments. PayPal will also charge a separate fee for each payment you receive. To save on fees please join as an affiliate. The affiliate manager may charge their own check fee. Generally their fees are less expensive because their system is automated. Natural Methods has no control over the affiliate fees charged by the affiliate manager.
   
   Clients who process their own order must do so through the distributor site. If the client is unwilling to use the internet site, first ask if you can do it for them. Alternately only the distributor may call or fax us an order including payment details. Please refrain from asking your clients to phone us with their order. Too many problems can arise from customers not identifying a distributor or not having the correct details to properly identify the distributor. We want to make sure you receive the credit you deserve.
   
   REGISTERING AS A DISTRIBUTOR IS FREE FOR ALL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS. The public may also register by paying a $25 annual member subscription fee, set up as an automatic annual payment through Paypal. Cancellation of the subscription indicates that the member no longer wishes to participate in the Natural Methods distributor program. Health professionals will receive an automatic email response from our system. To avoid having this email end up in spam, please add distributor@naturalmethods.com to your safe or white list. Upon receipt of this response you may immediately start placing orders online or sending clients to www.fertilityawareness.us or .ca, using your full name and phone as a temporary identifier, however it would be preferred if you waited until your distributor number is issued (allow up to 48 hrs) so that it can be provided as part of the complete Representative Identifier. Natural Methods reserves the right to withhold payment of commissions if proof of credentials are not provided upon request.
• ORDER FINANCING
Order financing is available O.A.C. to all customers for single unit orders. Product leasing is also available. This means that as a distributor you have an improved opportunity to earn commissions as there is a greater chance that your client will complete a purchase.


• COMMISSION PAYOUTS
Commission's are issued for completed payments only. Commission amounts are based on fixed rates of percentage. For financed and lease purchases, commissions will be based on the amount of the first payment.


3. BULK PURCHASING FOR RETAIL BUSINESSES. Stock may be purchased wholesale. Discounts rates will be based on the ECP program as described below. Any signup fees for ECP will be waived. A minimum order of $2000.00 applies for all bulk wholesale purchasing. Terms are C.O.D, prior to shipment payable by credit card or money order. Orders paid by personal or business cheque will be held for 14 days from deposit date. Prices are inclusive shipping by UPS, Fedex or other courier of our choice. Shipment will be insured at customer' expense. Signature will be mandatory on all shipments. F.O.B Orangeville, ON, Canada. Shipping address must match the credit card billing address if paying by credit card. Credit accounts are not currently available through Natural Methods. This is our firm policy on bulk orders. Escalating Commission Plan (ECP) is an optional bonus program that enhances your potential to earn larger amounts based on volume. You can sign up for ECP by making a one time payment of $49. Under the ECP Natural Methods offers an increasing percentage of commission based on total volume sold, rather then a constant fixed commission. You start by earning the same percentage as everyone else. As the total all-time sales volume increases though so does your commission and it never expires! This means that your pay scale increases in steps as you sell more and it never decreases, even if your sales decline temporarily. This allows you to steadily progress based on all-time sales rather then periodic performance. The commission ceiling is currently at 20%. Complete details about the stepped ECP increases will be emailed to you after your payment is received. ECP applies to both the affiliate and distributor opportunities.
