As part of our service support for Pearly, Lady-Comp and Baby-Comp, Natural Methods Inc. includes a FREE limited 60-day Economy Service Package with every purchase made from our site. For our customers who prefer ongoing support they can upgrade, renew or extend their service coverage with a variety of service subscription options located in our service store. These service options can now also be immediately selected as part of the original product order.

Upgrade Lady-Comp To Baby-Comp

Lady-Comp can be upgraded to Baby-Comp at any time. If you wish to order an upgrade simply complete your purchase below. Return shipment must be selected and paid for in advance along with the upgrade. When you send your Lady-Comp to us enclose a copy of the purchase receipt inside the box along with your device and return the unit to us at the address indicated on the bottom of the receipt. For Customs declare the item as a "Data Processing Device" and to avoid duties also mark "Canadian Goods Returned".

Customers can email us with technical questions FREE OF CHARGE. This option is included with your purchase. To submit a question please use one of the forms found in our contact us section or by clicking the link below. IF YOUR DEVICE WAS PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR NOT AFFILIATED WITH NATURALMETHODS, YOU WILL REQUIRE A CUSTOMER ID NUMBER. Please visit our SERVICE STORE for menu and pricing options. You must purchase your subscription first and provide your customer ID number when you contact us by e-mail.

When you submit an inquiry, our system will create a ticket and log your service request. All responses will be returned to the original address of the sender unless otherwise specified.

Telephone Service Assistance

Best days to reach one of our Advisors for assistance is Tuesday and Thursday. Our hours of operation on those days is from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm EST. On other days our telephone service operates as an automated voice message system. When you access the system please follow the directions and leave a message. IF YOUR MESSAGE OR PHONE CALL IS REQUESTING SERVICE ASSISTANCE FOR LADY-COMP, BABY-COMP, OR PEARLY, THEN PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CUSTOMER ID NUMBER IN YOUR MESSAGE. If you reach an advisor directly and do not have a subscription code, you can purchase one over the phone. Since our advisors are not always immediately available IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PURCHASE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE CALLING from our service store. We will respond to messages left on a first come, first serve basis.

O.T.H. - Online Technical Self Help Program

Our O.T.H. program can provide assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For the first 60 days OTH is a free service to customers who purchase Lady-Comp or Baby-Comp from this site; you can login with your customer ID number. All others are required to purchase a New or Extended service subscription that includes OTH to gain access. You can then gain access O.T.H by logging in using the email address from your purchase along with your customer ID number.

Warranty

All new purchases from this website come with a 5-year warranty. If you purchased your device prior to March 2004 your device will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 2 years for Lady-Comp and 3 years for Baby-Comp. In some cases 5-year warranties were offered earlier; refer to your original sales invoice for specific details of your warranty. Warranties do not cover external attachments such as the plug and probe which as considered to be consumable parts. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH YOUR DEVICE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY and contact our service department by email or telephone at 1 866 USE LADY. The terms of the warranty require you to NOTIFY US WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DETECTING ANY FAULT. DO NOT SEND IN YOUR DEVICE WITHOUT FIRST CONSULTING OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR O.T.H. A $15.00 surcharge applies to any device received for repair without a ticket enclosed.
